With over 25 years as a registered nurse, educator, scientist, and leader, I have led with and without titles across clinical, academic, and research settings.
My leadership is grounded in authenticity, equity, and collaboration, whether building a research team, community partnerships, creating health interventions, or developing curricula to strengthen the workforce.
These experiences have honed my ability to guide others through complex systems, align values with action, and cultivate environments where people and teams thrive.
